Hilda Guttormsen is an IAAP certified Jungian analyst, a Licensed Psychoanalyst in New York and now a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator here in Oregon. She is passionately exploring how plant medicine supports the ever evolving and unfolding individuation process bringing us in greater harmony with the Self. Hilda believes in the self-regulating and healing aspect of Psyche nascent within us all. Through dreamwork, active imagination, sand play, mandala exercises, symbology and now plant medicine, Hilda finds herself called to support others on their journey of connecting to the Spirit of the Depths and bringing themselves in alignment with their life’s purpose. Hilda has found psilocybin to be a numinous plant medicine for those seeking to recover and re-member one’s wholeness.
